Returns and replacement policy

Our General Policy: No Returns

 

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items purchased, except in the specific case where an item is damaged upon arrival. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Exception: Items Damaged in Transit

 

The only exception to our no-returns policy is for items that are damaged during the shipping and delivery process.

If your item arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. We do not offer refunds for items damaged in transit.

 

How to Report a Damaged Item

 

1. Contact Us Immediately: You must contact us within [e.g., 48 hours, 3 days, 7 days] of receiving the damaged item. Any claims made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Provide Photographic Evidence: To help us process your claim quickly, you must provide clear photographs of:

   • The damaged item itself.

   • The condition of the packaging (including any damage to the box or mailing envelope).

   • The shipping label.

3. Email Documentation To: Please send all required information and images to [Your Customer Service Email Address]. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

 

Replacement Process

 

Once we have reviewed and approved your claim, we will promptly send you a replacement of the same item.

• If the exact item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss an alternative or an equivalent product.

• We reserve the right to request that the damaged item be returned to us before a replacement is sent. If this is required, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
